My secret sauce to managing what comes in and what goes out!

When was the last time you measured something you ate? We can easily distinguish between a Venti, Grande, or Tall size when ordering at Starbucks but what about when you look at the groceries you just bought?
We tend to overestimate when we guess, we fall into that fallacy of thinking there is more than meets the eye. It’s easy to argue that if you had a food scale with you you’d be able to measure exactly how much you’re eating - but how silly would you look bringing that out to a restaurant?
That’s why there are apps such as MyFitnessPal or Lose it! These apps help us make better choices by giving us the simple ability to log in what we’re eating, and where our numbers are at. Chances are, if we’re at a restaurant…someone else has been there and has taken the time to log down the specifics.

Half the battle takes place at the gym, and the other half is in your diet. Going over our daily intake is a slippery slope, why make your journey harder by guesstimating? If you’re already on this journey to cut out calories, it’ll only take you an extra minute to log in what you’re eating - your future flat tummy will thank you.
