This is a 1-hour complimentary session that includes a consultation to discuss your fitness goals and a workout to show you how we will be working together. It will serve as a baseline to personalize a program for you.
1-ON-1 PRIVATE TRAINING
A personalized program with a focus on weight loss, form & technique development, and nutrition management. All progress and results (weekly weigh-ins, reps/sets, assessments, etc.) are tracked through an interactive app that includes a tailored workout program with videos.

Can't train in person? The same services as 1-on-1 training are provided online. This also includes a monthly 30-minute video call.

My name is Joanne Castillo, owner of JCEE Fitness LLC and a 15-year Air Force veteran. We work on getting you past your fitness excuses one habit at a time through my Habit Transformation Program. It is not about the perfect program or diet but the rather the behaviors that you have established overtime. We will discover the underlying reasons as to why you are struggling with your fitness goals & create and develop new habits. We help guide you in the right direction by giving you the tools that you need to create and develop new habits as well as reach and maintain your fitness goals.
