This is a 1-hour complimentary session that includes a consultation to discuss your fitness goals and a workout to show you how we will be working together. It will serve as a baseline to personalize a program for you.
1-ON-1 PRIVATE TRAINING
A personalized program with a focus on weight loss, form & technique development, and nutrition management. All progress and results (weekly weigh-ins, reps/sets, assessments, etc.) are tracked through an interactive app that includes a tailored workout program with videos.

Can't train in person? The same services as 1-on-1 training are provided online. All progress and results (weekly weigh-ins, reps/sets, assessments, etc.) are tracked through an interactive app and will include a tailored workout program with videos to help develop form and technique. This also includes a monthly 30-minute video call.
